2010 Chateau Messile Aubert Pre - Arrival Offer
2010: One of the over-achieving small estates from the Aubert family, this delicious wine possesses a dense ruby/purple color as well as plenty of black currant and cherry notes intermixed with hints of minerality and oak. Medium-bodied, surprisingly concentrated and undeniably a sleeper of the vintage, it should drink nicely for 7-8 years. (Sleeper of the vintage). Drink: 2011 - 2019.

Like the fruit, but turns a little hollow in the center palate. Still, good dark fruit and hints of chocolate and coffee.
