2010 Chapel Hill Cabernet Sauvignon

Totally opaque black crimson colour showing excellent colour saturation with a deep dark crimson red hue. The nose displays aromas of blackcurrant, dark cherry, cedar and spice. The palate is more forthcoming than the nose delivering generous ripe blackcurrant and dark cherry flavours along with some cedar and spice. Dry finish with solid firmish tannins. Aftertaste of blackcurrant, cedar and spice. A very youthful McLaren Vale Cabernet that needs time to settle. Cellar 4-5 years. Alc 14.5%
