2010 Cape Mentelle Sauvignon Blanc Semillon

Brilliant very pale straw water like colour with watery hue. Aromas of grassy gooseberry, citrus and mineral. The palate displays good intensity with flavours of ripe and unripe gooseberry followed by citrus and the slightest hint of pencil shavings with a dry mineral infused finish. Clean crisp acidity with aftertaste of grassy gooseberry and mineral.
Drink over the next 2 years (2010-2012).
