2010 Bridgewater Mill Chardonnay

Deep straw colour with pale gold edges and pale straw hue. The nose exhibits scents of lifted white peach as a top note followed by some citrus, light cashew and some subtle flinty matchstick end notes. Medium weight with good richness the palate delivers flavours of white peach, melon and some lightly toasted oak followed by some funky wild yeast ferment characters. Clean dry finish with aftertaste of white peach, lightly toasted oak and some flinty match stick characters.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
