2010 Balnaves of Coonawarra The Tally Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon

Totally opaque black dark crimson red colour with deep dark crimson red hue. Showing excellent intensity the nose offers up aromas of perfectly ripened blackcurrant followed by some subtle dark chocolate, cedar, spearmint and spice. Full bodied the palate boasts excellent levels of concentration and richness with mouthfilling flavours of ripe blackcurrant, dark chocolate, mint, cedar and spice. Solidly constructed but very fine grained tannins provide ample support. Long aftertaste of ripe blackcurrant, dark chocolate, minty cedar and spice.
Cellar 6-8 years.
