Brilliant pale straw colour with a greenish tinge on the edges and watery hue. The nose offers up aromas of white peach intermixed with some cashew followed by some toasty oak and spice. Medium weight the palate has quite a prominent toasty oak component which almost overwhelms some of the other flavours which include white peach, cashew and spice. Moderately creamy mouthfeel with a clean dry finish. Aftertaste of charcoaled oak, delicate white peach and spice.
