2010 Antinori Santa Cristina

A blend of 60% Sangiovese with Cabernet, Merlot, and Syrah making up the balance. Very deep dark crimson red colour with crimson red hue. Elegant aromas of spicy dark cherries are followed by some earth, cedar and a touch of leather. Light to medium weight the palate possesses flavours of dark cherries, earth, cedar and spice. Dryish finish with very fine grained tannins. Medium to long dark cherry, spice and earthy cedar aftertaste.
