2009 Yalumba Organic Shiraz

Made with organic winemaking techniques the fruit for this wine was sourced from a vineyard that has been certified organic for over 10 years. Opaque black purple colour with purple mauve hue. The nose displays youthful primary fruit aromas of ripe blood plums, raspberry and dark cherries showing good intensity. Medium to full bodied palate with again quite youthful primary fruit flavours of ripe plum, blackberry, dark cherries and spice. Soft fine grained tannins with aftertaste of dark cherries and spice.
Drink now or cellar 1-2 years (2009-2011)
