2009 Yalumba FDW [7C] Chardonnay

Bright pale straw colour with watery hue. The nose delivers a refined sniff of nectarine and cashew followed by some very lightly toasted oak and spice. Medium bodied the palate shows more intensity, yet is still finely structured with flavours of delicate white peach, cashew, spicy oak and some biscuity nuttiness on the back palate. Clean dry finish with a moderately creamy like texture. Long aftertaste of white peach, toasty oak and spice.
Cellar 2-3 years.
