2009 Yalumba FDR1A Cabernet Sauvignon Shiraz

Opaque black crimson red colour with dark crimson red hue. The nose displays perfumed blackcurrant and blackberry aromas intermixed with a touch of liquorice followed by some vanillin cedar and spice. Mouthfilling flavours of blackcurrant, black plum and a touch of liquorice with some cedar and spice characters on the back palate. Velvet smooth tannins. Long aftertaste of black plum, blackcurrant, liquorice and spicy cedar.
Cellar 4-5 years.
