2009 Woodstock Cabernet Sauvignon

This wine was matured for 22 months in 8% new oak and the rest in seasoned American oak. Opaque black purple colour with deep purple black hue. Aromas of inky blackcurrant, dark cherry, cedar and spice. Medium to full bodied with youthful palate flavours of blackcurrant, black cherry and spicy cedar. Chewy texture with slightly dryish but balanced tannins. Aftertaste of blackcurrant, black cherry and spice.
Cellar 2-3 years (2012-2013).
