2009 Wolf Blass Gold Label Shiraz Viognier

Opaque black purple colour with dark purple red hue. Blackberry, dark plum and liquorice notes are overlaid by some toasty oak followed by some spice end notes. Full bodied the palate possesses rich ripe blackberry and liquorice flavours followed by some well integrated toasted oak and spice. Velvet smooth tannins. Long liquorice, blackberry and spice aftertaste.
