2009 Witchmount Lowen Park Shiraz

Opaque black dark red colour with deep dark brick red hue. Aromas of liquorice and stewed plums are followed by some emerging leathery characters and spice. The palate possesses good body weight with flavours of ripe blackberry, stewed plums and liquorice followed by some leather and spice. Dryish finish with fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of blackberry, liquorice and leather.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
