2009 Witchmount Cabernet Sauvignon

Matured in new French oak this wine displays an opaque deep dark red black colour with dark red hue. Aromas of ripe blackcurrant, dark plum and a touch of liquorice followed by some vanillin cedar like qualities. Medium to full bodied the palate possesses dark blackcurrant and plum flavours followed by some cedar and spice. Fine grained slightly dryish tannins. Aftertaste of blackcurrant, plum and spicy cedar.
Cellar 3-4 years.
