2009 Whistler Cabernet Sauvignon

Opaque deep dark red colour with dark red hue. The nose displays aromas of very ripe blackberry and plum with underlying cedar and a spicy end note. Full bodied the palate is filled with very generous and ripe flavours of blackcurrant and black plum followed by a touch of liquorice and spice. Fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of ripe blackcurrant, black plum and spice.
Drink over the next 2-3 years (2012-2015).
