2009 Watershed Awakening Single Vineyard Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with slight greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. The nose is quite elegant with delicate scents of white peach, cashew, biscuit and spice. Medium to full bodied the palate delivers flavours of white peach and citrus followed by some light cashew and spice. Clean dry finish with aftertaste of white peach, cashew and spice.
Cellar 3-4 years (2014-2015).
