2009 Torres Sangre de Toro

A blend of Garnacha and Carineia. Deep dark red colour with dark crimson red hue. Aromas of dark cherry, spice and dark raspberry along with some light meaty and incense overtones. Medium weight the palate delivers a savoury flavour profile of dark cherries, spice, dark raspberry and an earthy dry finish. Very soft fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of spicy dark cherry and earth.
Cellar 2-3 years (2013-2014).
