Sourced from several elevated sites located throughout the Barossa Valley (60+ year old vines) & Eden Valley (40+ year old vines) the wine was matured for 18 months is seasoned French oak.

Totally opaque inky black crimson colour with black crimson hue. The nose displays lifted aromas of dark plum, ripe blackberry, dark chocolate, liquorice and a touch of spice as an end note. Dense, concentrated and possessing a voluptuous texture the palate is loaded with ripe blackberry, liquorice, dark plum, confectionary and spice. Totally mouthfilling with a velvet like tannin structure. Superb depth with exceptionally long blackberry, liquorice, dark plum and spice aftertaste.
