Brilliant very pale straw colour with watery hue. Lifted aromas of lime and citrus are followed by some orange rind and mineral notes displaying excellent intensity. Mouthfilling flavours of lime, citrus and orange rind with a touch of spice and underlying minerality. Clean crisp acid finish with long aftertaste of lime, orange rind and mineral.
