2009 Tiger's Tale Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot

Opaque purple black colour with deep purple hue. The nose displays youthful aromas of mulberry, dark cherry, cedar and spice. Medium to full bodied the palate displays generous flavours of toasty cedar, ripe mulberry and inky blackcurrant with some spice on the back palate. Fine grained well integrated tannins with aftertaste of cedar, mulberry and spice. The cedar component is a touch too dominant and out of balance at present.
Cellar 2-3 years (2012-2013).
