2009 Tenuta di Burchino Chianti Superiore DOCG

Deep dark crimson red colour with dark crimson red hue. The nose shows good lift with ripe dark cherry scents intermixed with some leather, earth and spicy cedar. Light to medium weight with an elegant mouthfeel the palate possesses flavours of ripe dark cherries, earth, cedar, leather and spice. Dry finish with soft fine grained tannins. Good length with medium to long aftertaste of dark cherry, earthy cedar, leather and spice. A soft easy drinking Tuscan red.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
