2009 Swings & Roundabouts Cabernet Sauvignon

Opaque, black dark crimson red colour with deep, dark crimson red hue. The nose displays aromas of ripe blackcurrant, mulberry, cedar and spice with some light bay leaf overtones. Medium to full bodied, the palate delivers generous, fully ripened flavours of blackcurrant and mulberry followed by some light, toasty cedar and spice on the back palate. Elegant structure with very fine grained, beautifully integrated tannins. Long aftertaste of blackcurrant, mulberry and light toasty cedar.
Drink over the next 3-4 years (2011-2015)
