2009 Summerfield Cabernet Sauvignon

A big, rich mouthfilling Pyrenees Cabernet .
Totally opaque black crimson colour with deep dark crimson red hue. The nose displays aromas of ripe blackcurrant and black plum along with some spice and cinnamon. Full bodied the palate displays impressive richness and concentration with mouthfilling flavours of ripe blackcurrant, dark ripe cherries, cedar and spice. Very fine grained tannins with long blackcurrant, dark ripe cherries and spice aftertaste.
Tasted from an open bottle.
Drink over the next 3-4 years (2011-2015).
