Opaque dark crimson red colour with deep crimson red purple hue. The nose is a little subdued with aromas of dark raspberry, dark plum, liquorice and spice emerging. The palate displays a joosy flavour profile of dark raspberry, black cherry, liquorice and vanillin spice. Fleshy mouthfeel with soft velvet like tannin structure. Long aftertaste of dark raspberry, plum, liquorice and spice.
Drink over the next 3-4 years (2011-2015).
