A blend of Semillon, Viognier, Ugni Blanc and Vermentino. Bright straw colour with very pale straw hue. Subtle aromas of apricot, spice and fig. The palate is clean and dry but also a little lean. Delicate flavours of pear, spice and fig. Aftertaste of pear, spice and mineral.
