Brilliant pale straw colour with watery hue. The nose displays lifted floral notes followed by spiced pear, quince and red apple. Medium dry and quite full the palate displays flavours of ripe apple, lime, pear and spice. Clean finish with relatively soft acidity. Aftertaste of ripe apple, pear and quince.
