2009 Soul Growers Provident Shiraz

Opaque black purple colour with deep dark purple red hue. The nose displays perfumed top notes of liquorice allsorts and dark plums followed by some dark cherry and spice. Full bodied the palate displays ripe and very generous flavours of dark plum, liquorice allsorts, confectionary, dark chocolate and spice. Very fine grained almost velvet like tannins give the wine a voluptuous texture. Long aftertaste of black plum, liquorice allsorts and confectionary.
Drink over the next 2-3 years (2011-2014).
