2009 Ross Hill Pinnacle Series Shiraz

Matured in small French oak barrels for 18 months the wine displays an opaque crimson purple colour with crimson purple hue. Youthful aromas of freshly crushed blackberry and dark cherry followed by some spicy plum and liquorice notes. Medium bodied the palate displays straight forward flavours of dark plum, blackberry and spice. Very fine grained soft tannins with moderate aftertaste of plum, blackberry and spice.
Drink over the next 2-3 years (2011-2014).
