2009 Ross Hill Pinnacle Series Cabernet Sauvignon

Matured in small French oak casks for 18 months. Opaque deep dark crimson red colour with deep crimson red hue. Aromas of blackcurrant, mulberry, cedar and spice showing good varietal character. Medium to full bodied the palate delivers perfectly ripened flavours of blackcurrant and mulberry with some underlying cedar and spice on the back palate. Very fine grained well balanced tannins with aftertaste of blackcurrant, mulberry and spicy cedar.
Cellar 3-4 years (2014-2015).
