Brilliant pale straw colour with a slight greenish tinge and water like hue. The nose displays aromas of tropical fruits, peach, melon and spice. Flavours of tropical fruits, peach and citrus with a spicy back palate. Clean crisp acid finish with aftertaste of melon, peach and spice. A Chardonnay that displays a touch more acidity than most others giving it a leaner tighter mouthfeel.
