Reilly's started from humble beginnings in 1993 when the first vintage was processed on the front porch of a historical cottage on the property. Over the years the winery has steadily grown, outstripping the capacity of the cottage. Production has now moved to a state-of-the-art facility in nearby Leasingham. A new, modernised, sleek looking label adorns the Dry Land Shiraz, which is a vast improvement on the old 80’s styled packaging. Matured for 2 years in American oak.

“Possessing a wealth of richness this Superb Clare Shiraz engulfs the palate with its rich opulently textured fruit.”

Totally opaque black dark red colour with deep dark red hue. The nose reveals a lifted aromatic profile of liquorice, blackberry, vanillin confectionary and blackpepper. Bursting with richness and possessing plenty of volume, opulently textured flavours of blackberry and liquorice explode on the palate followed by some vanillin confectionary and pepper. Velvet smooth tannins. Superb length with very long liquorice, blackberry, vanillin confectionary and pepper aftertaste.
Drink over the next 4-5 years (2013-2018).
