2009 Red Claw Pinot Noir

Semi translucent crimson mauve colour with mauve hue. The nose is quite perfumed with lifted aromas of anise, dark cherries, spice and a hint of toast as an end note. Light to medium weight the palate displays flavours of dark cherries, spice and a touch of anise with a toasty back palate. Fine grained tannins with aftertaste of dark cherries, spice and anise.
Cellar 2-3 years (2012-2013).
