2009 Pooles Rock Pinot Noir

Aged in French oak for 10 months. Semi translucent dark crimson red colour with crimson mauve hue. The nose displays fragrant aromas of dark cherries, dark plum, cedar and spice. Light to medium weight the palate displays quite generous flavours of dark cherries, spice, plum and cedar. Dryish finish with fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of dark cherry, spice and cedar.
Drink over the next 2-3 years (2011-2014).
