Bright very pale straw colour with watery hue. Subtle aromas of unripe gooseberry, grass and citrus, lacking intensity. Straight forward palate with light flavours of citrus, mineral and spice, finishing quite dry. Clean crisp acidity with moderate aftertaste of unripe gooseberry, mineral and spice. A commercial clean dry white.
