A blend of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot and 5% Cabernet Franc which was matured for 20 months in a combination of French (80%) and American (20%) oak, of which 25% was new.
Opaque very dark red almost black colour with deep dark red hue. The nose displays subdued aromas of blackcurrant, mulberry, cedary tobacco and spice. Medium bodied the palate exhibits flavours of dark mulberry, a touch of liquorice, vanillin cedar and spice. Dry finish with fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of dark mulberry, liquorice and spicy cedar.Cellar 2-3 years (2012-2015)
