2009 Pikes The Dog Walk Cabernet Merlot

Opaque dark crimson red colour with dark crimson red hue. The nose displays mulberry and cedar top notes followed by a hint of tobacco and spice. Medium weight and quite elegant in structure the palate delivers flavours of mulberry, blackcurrant, cedary tobacco and spice. Dry finish with slightly firmish but balanced tannin structure. Aftertaste of mulberry, cedary tobacco and spice.
Cellar 3-4 years (2014-2015).
