2009 Pike & Joyce Chardonnay

Bright straw colour with very faint greenish tinge around the edges and very pale straw almost watery hue. The nose displays excellent intensity with lifted aromas of cashew, delicate white peach, nougat, spice and toasted oak. The palate displays good mouthfeel with flavours of cashew, toast, light white peach, nougat and spice. Clean dry finish with aftertaste of delicate white peach, roasted almonds and spice.
Drink over the next 3-4 years (2011-2015).
