Brilliant very pale straw colour with slight greenish tinge and water like hue. Subtle nose with aromas of melon, spice and tropical fruits. The palate is quite lean for a Barossa Chardonnay displaying delicate flavours of melon, light peach and spice. Clean crisp dry finish with moderate aftertaste of melon and light peach.
Drink now (2010).
