Brilliant very pale straw, almost water like, with slight greenish tinge and watery hue. Aromas of lime, lemon and orange rind with some mineral end notes. The palate displays flavours of lemon, lime, tropical fruit and mineral. Clean crisp finish with aftertaste of lemon and lime.
Drink now or cellar 3-4 years (2010-2014).
