2009 Penny's Hill The Experiment Grenache

Deep dark crimson red colour with crimson red mauve hue. The nose displays lifted aromas of dark raspberry, spice, liquorice and confectionary. Medium to full bodied with joosy palate flavours of ripe raspberry and plum juice followed by some liquorice with a spicy back palate. Very fine grained tannins. Good depth with long aftertaste of dark raspberry, liquorice and spice.
Drink over the next 3-4 years (2011-2015).
