2009 Patrick Piuze Terroir de Chichee Chablis

Brilliant pale straw colour with watery hue. The nose displays lifted citrusy lemon zest top notes followed by some delicate pear and stony mineral notes. The palate shows a touch more concentration and possesses better mouthfeel than the 2008. Flavours of pear, citrus and light cashew with a mineral infused back palate. Good length with a clean dry finish. Medium to long aftertaste of pear, cashew and mineral. A top example.
