2009 Patrick Piuze Chablis Terroir de Courgis

Bright straw colour with pale straw hue. The nose displays good lift with some citrus fruit top notes followed by some ripe pear, light hazelnut and mineral. The palate is fuller in style than the 2010 Terroir de Chichee Chablis delivering a richer flavour profile of ripe pear, stony mineral, cashew and spice. Clean dry finish with good textural qualities. Long aftertaste of ripe pear, cashew and stony mineral.
Drink over the next 2-3 years (2012-2015).
