2009 Narkoojee Lily Grace Chardonnay

The Lily Grace is sourced from Narkoojee’s younger estate plantings and is matured in older French oak barriques rather than new.

Bright deep straw pale gold colour with pale straw hue. The nose displays good lift with aromas of honeycomb, peach, nougat and butterscotch followed by some spice and almond end notes. The palate quite rich and full in style displaying a creamy texture and mouthfilling flavours of ripe peach, nougat, honeycomb and cashew followed by some yeast lees and almond back palate characters. Excellent mouthfeel with long aftertaste of nougat, honeycomb, yeast lees and almond.
