A blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Gris. Brilliant, pale straw colour with watery hue. The nose displays pear top notes followed by some melon and spice. Light, dry and elegant across the palate with flavours of pear, fig and spice. Dry finish with aftertaste of pear, spice and dried hay.
