2009 Mitchell Peppertree Vineyard Shiraz

Opaque black dark red colour with dark crimson red hue. The nose displays perfumed aromas of blackberry, liquorice and meaty blackpepper along with some vanillin spice end notes. Medium to full bodied the palate delivers a relatively elegant profile of liquorice, blackberry and confectionary with a spicy blackpepper back palate. Very fine grained tannins. Long aftertaste of liquorice, blackpepper, vanillin confectionary and spice.
Cellar 3-4 years.
