Produced from a blend of 85% Garganega and 15% Trebbiano di Soave, the majority of the wine is aged for 4 months in stainless steel tanks, with 20% being aged in oak barrels. Bright pale straw colour with watery hue, the nose displays aromas of pear, dried flowers, apple and a touch of spice. The palate possesses good mouthfeel with flavours of pear, apple and a touch of citrus with a dry spicy finish. Aftertaste of pear, cashew and spice.
