2009 Hungerford Hill Hilltops Cabernet Sauvignon

Totally opaque black crimson red colour with deep very dark crimson red hue. On the nose blackcurrant scents combine with dark mulberries followed by some cedar, a touch of earthy tobacco and spice. Possessing plenty of richness the palate exhibits ripe dark blackcurrant flavours followed by some dark mulberry, tobbaco cigar box like characters and spicy cedar. Slightly dryish but fine grained tannins. Good depth with long dark blackcurrant, liquorice and cedary cigar box aftertaste.
Cellar 4-5 years.
