Brilliant, very pale straw, almost water like colour with watery hue. The nose displays lifted aromas of limes, mandarin and citrus followed by a hint of spice. Delicate palate flavours of lime, orange rind and citrus with a steely, mineral infused backbone. Clean, crisp, dry finish with aftertaste of lime, orange rind and mineral. The wine has good structure for longer term cellaring.

Exceedingly pale colour; citrus blossom aromas announce an initially mouth-puckering (in the best possible way) palate, opening quickly to reveal a zesty lime and mineral range of flavours; the acid profile promises a very long life. Screwcap.
