2009 Heathcote Estate Shiraz

Totally opaque black purple colour with deep crimson dark purple hue. Aromas of ripe blackberry and dark plum are followed by some meaty characters, liquorice and spice. Full bodied and possessing excellent structure the palate delivers a flavour profile of blackberry, dark plum, meaty spice and cedar. Dryish but fine grained tannins. Excellent depth with long blackberry, meaty cedar and spice aftertaste.
Cellar 5-6 years (2016-2017).
