2009 Glen Eldon Wines Cabernet Sauvignon

Matured for 18-24 months in French and American oak hogsheads. Totally opaque black dark red colour with deep black dark red hue. The nose displays aromas of very ripe blackcurrant, liquorice, black plum and spice. Full bodied and very ripe the palate is dominated by cassis and black plum flavours which are followed by some liquorice and spice. Plump mouthfeel with fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of ripe blackcurrant, black plum and spice.
Drink over next 2-3 years (2011-2014).
